Expert consultant, I capitalize over 40 years professional experience in fresh produce with quadruple recognition in retail and catering in positions of operational manager, training manager, purchasing director and cook chef.

Evolving in technical and complex environments with a successful and proven experience through numerous projects - mainly for Carrefour (19 years) and METRO (8 years)  - I am recognized as an experienced and hand-on manager, endowed with a strong capacity for adaptation and professional integration.  My career has taken place both in France and internationally, in 9 countries.

​

With a strong experience in operating accounts management (170M / € annual turnover), I have also managed the economic results of 60 hypermarkets and cooperated with 550 franchisees.

I participated in the opening of more than 100 multi-format stores, supervised teams of 120 employees and launched two training schools as an executive manager of the training department.

Experienced negotiator with a strategic, commercial and sustainable development perspective, I work on all issues related to fresh produce, as well as on matters of operational and purchasing offices.
